Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AccuRaik ("Service") operated by AccuRaik ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service including visitors, registered users, and early access members.

2. Description of Service

AccuRaik provides AI-powered document processing tools including:

  • Invoice OCR — automated extraction of data from invoice PDFs and images
  • Bank Statement Converter — conversion of PDF bank statements to structured Excel or CSV
  • Tally XML Export — generation of import-ready XML voucher files for Tally ERP and Tally Prime

The Service is currently in early access (beta). Features, pricing, and availability may change.

3. User Accounts & Waitlist

  • You must provide accurate information when registering or joining the waitlist
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One account per person or business entity
  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accounts at our discretion

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Upload documents that you do not have the right to process
  • Use the Service to process documents obtained through illegal means
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or any harmful content
  • Use automated scripts to interact with the Service without prior written permission
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Uploaded Documents & Data

  • You retain full ownership of all documents you upload
  • By uploading documents, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process them for the purpose of providing the Service
  • We do not claim ownership of your documents or extracted data
  • Documents are permanently deleted immediately after export — we do not retain copies
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any document
  • Do not upload documents containing personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for accounting purposes

6. Accuracy & Reliability

While AccuRaik aims for 99%+ extraction accuracy, the Service is provided as-is. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-extracted data should be reviewed before use in accounting or filing
  • We are not responsible for errors resulting from use of unverified extracted data
  • You remain responsible for the accuracy of your accounting records, GST filings, and Tally entries
  • The Service does not constitute professional accounting or tax advice

7. Pricing & Payment

  • Early access members receive founder pricing as communicated at the time of sign-up
  • Founder pricing is locked in permanently for the plan tier selected during early access
  • Pricing for new users after public launch may differ
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as chosen at sign-up
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of first payment if the Service does not meet your needs
  • We reserve the right to change pricing for new users with 30 days notice

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology on AccuRaik — including the AI models, extraction algorithms, UI, and branding — is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from reliance on unverified extracted data

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AccuRaik from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately
  • Any data associated with your account is deleted within 30 days of termination

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
