1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", "You") and AccuRaik ("AccuRaik", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the AccuRaik web platform (accuraik.com) and associated digital services.

By registering an account, making a payment, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. Description of Services

AccuRaik operates a cloud-based document AI and financial workflow automation SaaS platform providing:

• Intelligent Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for GST purchase invoices and receipts.
• Digital & scanned PDF bank statement parser converting records to Excel/CSV.
• Native Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9 XML voucher generation.
• Multi-client accounting ledgers and rule-based expense auto-categorization.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access paid features, you must create a verified account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete business registration information.
• Safeguard your authentication credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Ensure that you have appropriate legal authority and consent to process third-party client invoices and financial statements.

4. Subscription Plans, Billing & Payment Gateway

AccuRaik offers tiered monthly and annual subscription plans as outlined on our Pricing Page.

• Currency & Taxes: All subscription prices are billed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). Applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST 18%) is calculated and itemized during checkout.
• Payment Processing via Razorpay: All electronic transactions (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, NetBanking) are processed via our authorized payment partner, Razorpay. By initiating a payment, you authorize Razorpay to process your payment credentials in compliance with RBI guidelines.
• Plan Upgrades & Renewals: Upgrades take effect immediately upon successful payment. Subscriptions are renewed based on the selected billing interval unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations and refund requests are governed by our official Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or tax evasion purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any software algorithm or UI layout of AccuRaik.
• Attempt to bypass document processing quotas or perform DDoS attacks against platform endpoints.
• Upload documents containing malicious scripts, viruses, or corrupted binaries.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, software code, proprietary AI models, and interface designs are the sole property of AccuRaik. All documents and data uploaded by you remain your exclusive property.

7. Limitation of Liability

While AccuRaik strives for 99.9% extraction accuracy, accounting professionals are advised to review side-by-side extracted data before final ledger posting into Tally. AccuRaik shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from user verification oversights, third-party software changes, or temporary banking network downtime.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of AccuRaik shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gujarat, India.
