• Never used to train AI models

We automatically collect basic usage data including pages visited, features used, and browser/device type. This data is used to improve the product and is never sold.

• No document is written to permanent storage at any point

• Uploaded documents: Deleted immediately after export — no copies kept
• Extracted data: Held in temporary memory only during processing — not stored in our database
• Account data: Retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of account closure on request
• Usage logs: Retained for up to 90 days for debugging and security purposes
