1. Information We Collect

A. Account & Identity Data

When you register for an account, subscribe to a plan, or request technical support, we collect:

• Full Name
• Email Address (used for authentication & delivery of reports)
• Mobile / WhatsApp Phone Number
• Business / CA Firm Name & GSTIN (for tax invoicing)

B. Financial Documents & Files

When you upload invoices, purchase bills, receipts, and bank statement PDFs:

• Files are transmitted over encrypted TLS 1.3 channels.
• Documents are processed strictly to extract line items, tax components, and ledger transactions.
• We never sell, rent, monetize, or train open public AI models on your private accounting data.

C. Payment Information (Razorpay)

All subscription transactions and billing payments are processed securely via our RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited. AccuRaik does not capture, process, or store your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or NetBanking MPINs on our application servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process collected data solely for legitimate business purposes:

• To provide AI OCR extraction and Tally Prime XML generation services.
• To authenticate your login credentials and maintain secure sessions.
• To issue GST-compliant subscription tax invoices and process renewals.
• To deliver automated transaction receipts, quota alerts, and support responses.
• To prevent fraudulent access, unauthorized API scraping, or service abuse.

3. Data Security & Encryption Standards

AccuRaik enforces enterprise-grade security protocols across all systems:

• Data in Transit: 256-bit SSL/TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols with perfect forward secrecy.
• Data at Rest: AES-256 military-grade database encryption for stored documents and ledger mappings.
• Access Controls: Role-based access control (RBAC) and strict workspace isolation.
• Data Residency: Cloud servers and backups hosted in high-security, ISO 27001-certified data centers.

4. Data Retention & Right to Erasure

We retain your document records only for the duration of your active subscription and as required by Indian taxation statutes. You retain complete ownership of your data at all times. You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated documents by contacting support@accuraik.com. Deletion requests are fulfilled within 7 business days.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We work only with vetted infrastructure and compliance partners:

• Payment Gateway: Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).
• Cloud Infrastructure: High-availability secure cloud hosting.
• Transactional Email: Enterprise SMTP services for invoice & OTP delivery.

6. Grievance Redressal Officer (IT Rules, 2021)
