AccuRaik provides cloud-based software services (SaaS) for accounting workflow automation. All services, quotas, and software features are delivered electronically via web access. We do not ship physical goods.
1. Nature of Delivery
Because AccuRaik is an entirely online cloud application:
- There are no physical shipments, courier packages, or postal deliveries.
- No shipping or handling fees are charged to users.
2. Service Access & Fulfillment
Upon successful payment confirmation via our payment gateway (Razorpay):
- Account Activation: Your purchased plan tier and quota are updated in your account upon payment completion.
- Confirmation & Invoicing: A payment confirmation receipt and invoice are sent to your registered email address.
- Deliverable Files: Output files (such as Excel conversions and Tally XML files) are generated on-demand and downloaded directly by the user within the browser.
