How AccuRaik protects your data
Invoices and bank statements are sensitive. Here is, in plain words, what we do today, what happens to your files, and what we do not claim.
Encrypted in transit
Everything you upload or download travels over encrypted HTTPS.
Sensitive fields encrypted
Bank account numbers, IFSC codes and UPI IDs taken from invoices are encrypted in the database. Passwords are stored as hashes.
Separate workspaces
Each firm works in its own workspace. Team members get a role (owner, manager, reviewer or viewer) that limits what they can do.
How documents are processed
To read a document, AccuRaik sends it to third-party AI services (OpenAI and Google) through their business APIs. We do not use your documents to train our own models. The providers' own API terms apply to what they do with the data during processing.
How long files are kept
Your uploaded files and extracted data stay in your workspace so you can review, re-export and audit them. You can delete any invoice, bank statement or client company at any time; deleting a document removes its stored file. Deleting your account removes your workspace data. Generated export files (Excel, CSV, XML, JSON) are removed automatically after 7 days.
Activity records
Key actions such as uploads, reviews, exports and Tally pushes are recorded with the user and time, so a firm can see who did what.
Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay. AccuRaik never sees or stores your card or UPI details.
What we do not claim
AccuRaik does not currently hold a formal security certification such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2, and we do not promise a specific data-centre location. If you need details for your firm's compliance file or a client questionnaire, write to [email protected] and we will answer specifically.
