Yes! All plans (including Free Starter) have full access to download the ultra-lightweight 900 KB AccuRaik Tally Connector desktop app to push vouchers directly into your local Tally Prime or ERP 9 Daybook on port 9000 without manual XML file imports.
Can I change or upgrade my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan or request higher document limits anytime from your Billing Dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately.
How are document extraction limits counted?
Each uploaded GST invoice or single bank statement page counts as 1 processed document. Multi-page bank statements are calculated by page count.
Do I need a credit card to try AccuRaik?
No credit card or payment information is required to sign up and try the free Starter plan (30 documents).
Which plan is best suited for an Indian CA firm?
The CA Firm Pro plan (₹1,299/month) is our most popular tier for Chartered Accountants. It includes 1,500 documents per month, up to 100 client companies, 3 team member seats, and direct WhatsApp priority support.
What payment methods are supported in India?
We accept all major Indian payment methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, and corporate credit cards with instant GST tax invoices.
Can I purchase additional document credits without upgrading my plan?
Yes! If you hit your monthly document limit during peak filing months (e.g. July or September tax audits), you can purchase top-up document packs directly from your admin workspace.
