Zero Data Retention

Every document you upload is permanently and automatically deleted from our servers immediately after your extraction is complete and exported. We never keep your files.

End-to-End Encryption

All files are encrypted using AES-256 in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. No one — including our team — can access your documents in readable form.

No Selling, Ever

We will never sell, share, or monetize your financial data. Your documents are processed to extract data for you — full stop. They are not used to train models or shared with any third party.

How We Protect Your Data

Secure Upload

  • All uploads use HTTPS with TLS 1.3
  • Files transmitted directly to an encrypted processing queue
  • No file is stored on our web servers — goes straight to secure processing
  • Password-protected PDFs are handled in isolated memory and never saved to disk

Processing

  • Documents processed in isolated, single-use containers
  • Each extraction job runs in a sandboxed environment
  • Extracted data held in temporary memory only — never written to a permanent database
  • Processing infrastructure access is restricted to automated systems only

Export & Deletion

  • Once you export, the original document is immediately purged
  • Exported files (Excel, XML) are available for download for 1 hour, then auto-deleted
  • No backup or archive copies of your documents are retained
  • Deletion is permanent — not soft-deleted or recoverable

Access Controls

  • No human employee can access your uploaded documents
  • All internal access logs are audited
  • API access requires authentication tokens with minimal scope
  • Team access to production systems is strictly limited and logged

Security Questions

Can AccuRaik employees see my invoices or bank statements?

No. Documents are processed entirely by automated systems in isolated containers. No employee has access to your uploaded files. Only the extracted structured data (fields like vendor name, amount) is ever accessible in our system, and even that is deleted after you export.

What happens to my data if I close my account?

Since we operate a zero-retention policy, there is no data associated with your account to delete — your documents are already gone. Any account metadata (email, usage logs) is deleted within 30 days of account closure on request.

Are my documents stored on Indian servers?

We process documents on cloud infrastructure with data residency options. If Indian data residency is important for your organization, contact us to discuss enterprise options.

Is AccuRaik safe for sharing client financial data as a CA?

Yes. Our zero-retention model means client documents are never permanently stored. We recommend informing clients that you use AI processing tools for data entry automation — the same disclosure you would make for any third-party accounting software.

What encryption standard do you use?

AES-256 encryption for data at rest, and TLS 1.3 for all data in transit. These are the same standards used by major banks and financial institutions worldwide.
